Proverbs 22:6 (KJV)

Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

Why does the U.S.A. need Tuition Free Private Schools?

To Eradicate the Epidemic of High School Dropouts

1. Every year, over 1.2 million students drop out of high school in the United States alone. That’s a student every 26 seconds – or 7,000 a day.[1]

2. About 25% of high school freshmen fail to graduate from high school on time.[2]

3. The U.S., which had some of the highest graduation rates of any developed country, now ranks 22nd out of 27 developed countries.[3]

4. The dropout rate has fallen 3% from 1990 to 2010 (12.1% to 7.4%).[4]

5. The percentage of graduating Latino students has significantly increased. In 2010, 71.4% received their diploma vs. 61.4% in 2006. However, Asian-American and white students are still far more likely to graduate than Latino & African-American students.[5]

6. A high school dropout will earn $200,000 less than a high school graduate over his lifetime. And almost a million dollars less than a college graduate.[6]

7. In 2010, 38 states had higher graduation rates. Vermont had the highest rate, with 91.4% graduating. And Nevada had the lowest with 57.8% of students graduating.[7]

8. Almost 2,000 high schools across the U.S. graduate less than 60% of their students.[8]

9. These “dropout factories” account for over 50% of the students who leave school every year.[9]

10. 1 in 6 students attend a dropout factory. 1 in 3 minority students (32%) attend a dropout factory, compared to 8% of white students.[10]

11. In the U.S., high school dropouts commit about 75% of crimes.[11]

What is a Tuition Free Private School?

There are only a handful of Tuition Free Private Schools in the United States.

Most of them were founded many years ago by visionary, community-minded individuals who believed that children from working class and poor families should have the same educational advantages as children from families with money.

The impact these schools have had on society is enormous. The benefits to thousands of students and their families are priceless. Furthermore, the IAM envisions that 50% of our teaching body will consist of our esteemed Military Veterans.

IAM-USA Dual Education Tuition Free Private Schools premise to educate students academically and professionally to gain the required learnings of a High School Diploma, as well as acquire the valuable Apprenticeship Skills of a Certified Profession.

THE IAM-USA DUAL EDUCATION TUITION FREE PRIVATE SCHOOLS...COMING IN 2020/2021

"All students should have the freedom to pursue an education that develops their talents, unleashes their unique potential, and prepares them for a successful life." Secretary Betsy DeVos

THE ACADEMICS

The Student

image1

Beginning with Nursery School (Pre-K), students may enter the world of unofficial academia as early as three years old. Moving onto Elementary School comprising of Kindergarten until 5th Grade. Following is Junior High School, Grades 6 through 8. With the final segment of mandatory education advancing to Senior High School which begins at 9th Grade and ends with High School Graduation.

The Curriculum

In this context the dual education system is called "dual" because it  combines an apprenticeship in a company and an academic education at a dual education private school. In the company, the apprentice receives practical training which is supplemented by theoretical instruction in the dual education private school.

The Teacher

Our school teachers are premium professionals who prepare and teach academic, technical, practical or specialized subjects at our tuition free private schools, typically from Grades PreK-12. The subjects taught include reading, writing, science, language, mathematics, history, art, English, drama, music, computer science and varying aspects of business and finance, together with life skills and JROTC.

The Passion

Passion is a feeling of intense enthusiasm towards or compelling desire for someone or something. Passion can range from eager interest in or admiration for an idea, proposal, or cause; to enthusiastic enjoyment of an interest or activity.

The Promise

As a way for students of all ages and stages of their lives to dream big and position themselves succinctly into whatever career they so desire, the IAM delivers the essential components from both a theoretical as well as a practical perspective to enable most, if not all of these dreams to become a reality.

The Prize

image6

As opposed to holding the title for the most incarcerated in the world, at a staggering twenty-five percent, let’s place emphasis on achieving the record for most educated and experience in the world. While this may be a tall order to accomplish, this is a true recommendation and a viable remedy for success.
